Nursing Second Chances: ABG blog tour stop!! (Comment to be entered in the giveaway!)

Author: Maggie Green
Genre: Romance
Title: Nursing Seconds Chances

Blurb: Kiersten Hart left Honey Creek the minute she graduated high school and never looked back. When her sister Jeanine is widowed and left to raise two children alone, Kiersten moves back on a temporary basis. When Charles steps in and sweeps her off her feet, she has to decide if the wounds from her childhood can be mended.

After his wife died, Charles Webber swore he'd never love anyone again. He buried himself in his work and didn't look up until he found out his son was sick. Moving to Honey Creek was supposed to make things easier. Kiersten does little to help keep things simple. Though he is taken with her, he soon realizes the casual relationship they agreed on is turning serious. As their expiration date approaches, Charles must decide if Kiersten is worth the risk.

Review: This book is one of those feel good romances with touches of other genres mixed in, that make it perfect.

The romance starts pretty early and so you don't have to worry about a slow book. The setting
Is charming and the characters are very complex

My recommendation: for anyone who would like to read a nice romance.

My rating: 5/5 roses

Bajan Rosa: What inspires you to write?

I've always had stories swirling around in my head. The best way for me to get them out is to write them down (or type them). The characters become real to me and I'm invested in how their lives turn out. I can't help but love them (and hate them).

Bajan Rosa: Was it easy to write this book?

Maggie: I don't think it is ever easy to write a book. Of course, some are easier than others. I think this one fell somewhere in the middle for me. The characters were fun and full of energy, but they also had a lot of background information that I had to get them to tell me.

Bajan Rosa: Where are you from and does your location affect your writing?

Maggie: I'm originally from middle-of-nowhere Wyoming. I don't live there anymore, but it definitely plays a role in my writing. The small town of Honey Creek where Nursing Second Chances has a lot of the flavor of the small town I grew up in. These areas are so fall of politics and dynamics that are fun to include in my stories. That said, I also think that it is fun to imagine places that are different from anything I've ever experienced. That's what made me love reading as a kid and continues to inspire me as an adult.

Bajan Rosa: When can we expect your next book?

Look for something new from me around the winter holidays this year ☺

Bajan Rosa: Is there anything more you'd like to add?

Maggie: I'm having a large giveaway as part of my blog tour. Comments on each of the stops will count as an entry in the contest. Winners will be drawn on August 1st and will receive a gift basket from me complete with some book swag, bath products, and honey.  AUTOR BIO

Maggie Greene has often been described as having an overactive imagination. She's not convinced this is true, but does seem to spend a lot of her time daydreaming up ways to make her characters fall in love. When she's not buried in a pile of books or typing away on her computer, she's living out her very own happily-ever-after with a very patient husband and a demanding cat. Maggie loves to hear from readers. You can contact her at authormaggiegreene@gmail.com, through her website www.authormaggiegreene.com or on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/#!/AuthorMaggieGreene.
